PHEASANTS

 

The quality of classic European Driven Pheasant shoots especially in countries like Czech Republic and Hungaria are well known by experienced wing shooters around the world. The culture, tradition and knowledge to organize these hunts dates back to the 19th century. Experienced shooting parties of seven to ten guns can expect to bag 500 – 1.000 Birds per day. Our exclusively managed Hunting Lodge is located only 2 hours from Vienna International Airport. The private character of the Lodge provides outstanding lodging, cuisine, wines and SPA for the hunter and the hunter’s attendance. The best shooting season is October to December.

DUCKS

 

The Bohemian part of the Czech Republic with its unique landscape and tradition in fish breeding offers plenty of excellent duck ponds and lakes. Therefore challenging waterfowl hunts are guaranteed in these good habitats. 10-15 different ponds and lakes are hunted during our 2 day flighted duck shoot. Experienced shooting parties of 8 to 12 guns can expect to bag 400 – 900 Ducks per day. Our exclusively managed Hunting Lodge is located only 2 hours from Vienna International Airport. The private character of the Lodge offers exceptional lodging including cuisine, wine and SPA for the hunter and the hunter’s attendance.

 

Red Legged Partridge
RED LEGGED PARTRIDGE

 

Our driven Partridge shoots take place at our friend’s estates in Mallorca and mainland Spain. Fantastic weather and perfect organization and accommodation make these shoots for this challenging Bird a perfect getaway from Europe’s colder months September to March.

 

Grouse
GROUSE

 

Without doubt the most exclusive and challenging game bird of all. It requires excellent knowledge and contacts to organize these prestigious shoots in northern England and Scotland but also advanced shooting skills from the client’s side to score on this fast direction-changing birds.

Quails
QUAILS

 

Quails are challenging game birds that are hunted during the migration in the months of August and September in Croatia and Serbia. This is a classic walked up shoot that requires excellent pointing dogs for success.

 

Capercaillie
CAPERCAILLIE

 

The Mountain Capercaillie is the most rare game bird in in the Alps. In the past considered as “Big Game” in Austria so only aristocrats were allowed to hunt them. In Austria only a few licenses are available every year. Austria has a strong tradition in hunting this beautiful big bird. This exciting hunt is done in spring during mating season, traditionally by special spot and stalk techniques. Romania and Bulgaria can also be considered when looking forward to hunt Capercaillie.

 

Black Cock
BLACK COCK

 

The Black Cock is slightly smaller than the Capercaillie. Mating season is in spring and takes place at alpine meadows were male Black Cocks get together to perform their mating ritual. Usually the hunters try to be in special Black Cock blinds before daylight near potential mating areas.
