Terms & Conditions
Deposit and Balance Payment Requirements:
Bookings are only confirmed by International Hunting & Sporting Inc., or Hunting and Sporting LLC, hereinafter referred as “The Company”, on receipt of a deposit of 40% of the calculated Basic Rates. By paying a deposit, you, the client and The Company are deemed to be under contract for the dates quoted for your Hunt. Deposits are not refundable-the very principle of accepting a deposit being to confirm arrangements and to mitigate the total loss of a Hunt booking in the event of a cancellation and to ensure a commitment by both parties.
The balance is due no later than the start of the hunt. If the balance has not been received by this date, The Company shall be entitled, at its discretion, to treat your reservations as cancelled and consequently your deposit will be forfeit.
Cancellations:
Six months prior to the hunting dates: 50% deposit is retained.-Between six and three months: 75% deposit is retained.-Less than two months: 100% deposit is retained. We recommend our clients to contract travel cancellation insurance.
Conditions:
At the moment all trophies booked are collected, hunt is over. The Company will charge clients only for our services, and clients will pay directly all expenses.
All additional costs of the hunt (Trophy Fees and Services) have to be paid at the end of the hunt before departure.
Liability:
We do not accept responsibility, neither on illness accident or any loss; not for any expenses arising from such illness accident or loss. When effecting booking, the client deems The Company of any liability whatsoever, independently of signature of any contract.
